Weight Loss is not able to be targeted. It truly sucks or else my tummy and thighs would be a very inch's slimmer but instead I'm doing it the overall way and only way i know, total body cardio.
You need to exercise minimum 3 times a week, stay away from carbonated drinks (fizzy drinks, sodas, pops etc) stay away from candy, chocolate, watch your calorie intake so you're not binging on a daily basis and know when to stop :)

There's nothing you can do to lose fat in just one area of your body. Target fat loss is a myth, certain exercises can target muscle growth but fat loss occurs all over. Basically, you need to burn more calories than you consume. There are websites that can tell you how many calories you burn each day based on your height/weight/body frame. And you need to make sure you stay under that number with a healthy diet and the help of exercise.
