Most efficent way to spend 1hour and 30 mins at the gym?!


Question: Most efficent way to spend 1hour and 30 mins at the gym?
I want to do something that burns lots of calories and makes my thighs smaller

what would be the best way to spend 1 hour and 30 minutes at the gym?
what machines should I be going to and how long should I be at the machine for, any trips for the machines?

Answers:

20 Minutes Treadmil-walking 3-3.5 slope and speed
20 Minutes Elliptical- cardio challenge workload 2+, stay around the 1-3 range when you first start
20 Minutes Bike-Looking Thingy- cardio challenge. same as the elliptical

(could also do 40 minute elliptical)

and for the last half hour, cool down on the treadmill for 20 minutes at 2.5-3 slope and speed and if your up for it, jog for the last 10 at whatever speed you like!
