Good Grief, these answers are very helpful (Not)
Here's a Plan: Very simple
Breakfast: Your choice of whole grain Cereal (I eat KIX) (This is only because I have 30 pages of Food allergies) but you can eat wheat/dairy/etc. Feel free to top your cereal off with Fruit or berries of any kind.
Snack: 1 Apple. (Eat this one hour before Lunch)
Lunch: Turkey/Lettuce/Tomato on Whole Wheat Bread, Carrot Sticks, or a hearty cup of vegetable soup.
Snack: Pear or Banana
Dinner: 1 piece of Protein, 1/2 cup of starch, (Rice, Potato, etc) 1/2 plate of vegetables. (Any kind you want)
after dinner snack, try eating Jello, another bowl of cereal, Fruit salad, or Popsicle...
You get the idea. Once you start eating healthy it will become a permanent habit.
Breakfast: Bagel W/ Cream Cheese
Snack: Yogurt (Optional)
Lunch: 1-2 Grilled Cheese Sandwhiches
Snack: Fruit Snack (Optional)
Dinner: Chicken W/ Mashed potatos and Corn
