Am i overweight? I'm a 14yr old girl with an average build and height of 15!


Question: Am i overweight? I'm a 14yr old girl with an average build and height of 150cm and weigh..... 60kg! :(?
I am 14 yrs of age, and a girl, i also am about a average build.:P and i weigh around 60kg. In my area i am considered average weight but im not really sure, i think i'm getting a little chubby. I excercise around 4 days a week ( sometimes more ,sometimes less) for about 1hr 30mins each time. I play soccer(twice a week,around 1hr 30mins each time) i do circus (once a week, approx. 1hr) and go to the gym (once a week, for around1hr-1hr 30mins), I also dance around 3 times a week( all together for about 2hrs a week). I do a moderate amount of walking, and sometimes maybe ( once every 2 weeks) go for a run, i know i should go maybe once a week with the excercise i have already been doing but , i get lazy sometimes. I go for a 2hr swim once a week, no laps just at the beach in the water swimming around. I do a moderate amount of excercise, and its not like i sit on the couch all day or play on the computer. I try to eat 2 pieces of fruit a day (most days i only eat 1 , and i eat some vegetables during the day, i do eat some junk foods, but not alot, i have a fairly balanced diet).About 5 nights out of the week ill watch tv for around 1hr-1hr 30mins, but thats average for a 14 yr old girl.I play computer maybe 3 nights a week for 1hr. But i think i do average excercise. This may be long but i'm worried, and I've looked at various websites( some say im average others say im overweight, and also taken my bmi. I'm so worried ! what can i do? if i am overweight i dont know why, i do average excercise,average use of technologies and eat ok. :) help!

Well, considering that you do a lot of exercise, you must be very muscular.
The Body Mass Index system is probably inaccurate for you; since you're muscular.
I wouldn't say that you're overweight, just... muscular?

Probably a slow metabolism?
Muscle =/= fat.



Try to cut out the junkfood, u may be a little bit overweight but not by that much. Monitor it and see if u keep putting on weight or if u stay the same. U seem to do a lot of exercise tho which is good! :)
