What should my weight be?!


Question: What should my weight be?
I'm 14, around 5"1, and weight like 117 I think.?
I feel freaking huge, and every time I ear something, I feel really bad about it and beat myself up the whole day about it.
I really don't exercise every day like I want, but I can only exercise inside my house, cause I'm
not allowed to go running by myself and neither of my parents go to a gym or anything.
Well anyways, what should my weight be, and any tips on loosing weight?
I really want to focus on my tummy and legs.
I hate both.

based on height alone 117 is a fine weight. feeling over weight is typical for your age, and you shouldn't worry about it. As long has you get normal every day exercise in ( school gym class, walking to school/friends, chores, etc.) your metabolism is still high to keep you with in that rate, no matter what you eat, for the most part, going over board it can't handle



You can try yoga / Pilates. They can be done inside. Or a dance video.



Im 5'2 and 115 sounds like ur the perfect weight honey. My best friend in 8th grade was the tallest girl in our class at 5'3 but she never got any taller. Now at 24 shes considered short lol. In time you'll grow into your body.



In 12 and 90 lbs I wanna lose weight so I can be 75-80 lbs, do u no if a country club u a family member of friend goes to? They usually have a workout room there
