all in all I probably do about 28-30 minutes of the 36 min workout.

PS: I'm also dieting and drinking lots of water, if I continue this, how much is an estimate of how much I will lose in one month?

yes it will have the same effect.. cardio exercise is cardio exercise... so it will not matter... as long as u do it long enough to burn body fat.. 30-40 mins
u will probably expect to lose 5 -12 lbs in the month
also maybe try weight resistance work
running in place is a option, anything that keeps you heart rate going. also jump roping is a great method to use aswell. keep it up stay positive and keep your body guessing. be sure that you are doing other types of workout aswell. walking, running biking 30-45 mins. 3-4 days a week.. at that rate 15-20 lbs would be ideal goal.. be sure to stay clear of alcohal fast food and you should reach your goal
try and work out in pool ! it helps the hip and exersizes your body! Good luck!
