Question: I want to lose weight but i hate water, what else can i drink?
how about like seltzers, or sparkling beverages with no sugar or sodium or calories and carbs? is the carbonation bad?

Answers:

sparkling water is fine, there is nothing wrong with carbonation by itself, but be aware that most flavored waters have artificial sweeteners, if that is something you are avoiding.
Sparking water usually uses citric acid in it.
However, if you are talking about diet soda, phosphoric acid is generally used, and it is really bad for your bones and will leech calcium from your body, possibly leading to osteoporosis.
I quit diet soda because it was draining my energy and causing cravings. I still have one occasionally but I don't keep it in the house.
A lot of health experts are now saying that ANY beverages and food containing water counts toward your fluid intake, not just water. So , eat veggies and fruits, drink beverages of your choice(being aware, however, that caffeine drinks do cause you to lose more fluid), and you should be fine.



Sparkly water, unsweetened tea, diluted fruit juice. Stay away from "diet products" with artificial sweeteners. Every few years, one of them gets pulled off the market because it turned out cancerogenic. The sweet taste will also make your insulin production start up in anticipation of calories - thus making you hungry.



If you really don't like water, add squash to it to flavour it slightly. Keep to the no added sugar ones - they still taste nice, are low in sugar and calories and a lot bette than fizzy drinks. The problem with fizzy drinks is that they are damaging to your teeth more than anything (diet or not).

You can get bottled water and put one of those single serving size pouches of Crystal Light ( or another zero calorie pouches) in it. They come in all flavors.



No offense..... , but how can you hate water?!? It doesnt even have a taste... your really not gonna find another drink that is really as good as water ..................... just sayin.



Smoothies or what about flavouring the hated water with some Ribena type drinks that are sugar free etc?
