Question: How to gain weight quickly and Healthy?
I am 17 and very slim boned. I feel uncomfortable sometimes. I am 123 pounds and 5'8 I can go down to 118 pounds. What can I do, how much calories, good things to do, tips and does a diet maybe for a week help you gain weight.

I had the same problem. You're probably not finished growing yet. Be patient with your body, you'll probably fill out soon.
If you must gain weight, just eat lots of whole grains, meat, nuts, and dairy. Avoid fatty foods because they contain the wrong sorts of fat that can harm your body. Don't overfill yourself. Instead eat a lot of hearty snacks. Get a lot of sleep too! You could also try working out to build muscle. Don't forget that that means you need extra protien and calories for energy and building materials.

My friend was just like you, she gain weight by eating meat. She eat over I believe 2700 calories? Not really sure but she eat a little over okay amount of a balance diet. She also did weights which helped her get muscle & it made her weight more.
