How can i loose weight?!


Question: How can i loose weight?
I lost some weight last summer then now suddenly then this winter i gained it all back and now even more and i try too eat healthy , i eat allot more fish ,meat now etc , it just wont go, :/ i′m allot over weight so idk " 76kgs ,168 height 15 years old, DX i wanna get to 65 to the end of the summer and really fit > muscle (i′m a girl btw) i want to strengthen me up for judo cus idk i′m gonna try starting to compeat .
Tho this winter i sprained my ankle then that fixed and now sprained my shoulder so i had to take a brake between ...
so yea.. i practice judo about 5 times a week (Depends ) from 18:30-20:15
not allot but only 2 months till i graduate so i can′t be doing too much cus i′m trying to bring my grades up.
So my question is what can i do ?
and is there a possibility i will show more progress if i work out / jump-rope etc in the morning?
b.t.w. gonna try cycling to school-judo when it stops snowing .---.

Answers:

Eat Right. Don't eat as much cut down on portions and have healthy snacks.
Basically, eat 5 SMALL meals a day. If you just have 3 then you over eat.
When it comes dinner time, put your food on your plate. After that, half it.
Eat half of it, and then set it to the side and about an hour later, when your hungry again, eat the other half. The cool thing is, you didn't have seconds, it just feels like it because you ate the other half. If your still hungry after that, eat a banana and drink some water. Water is really important. You want to cut out pops, too. Only have one cup of pop every other week, because it's really bad for you.

Good Foods for You:
Bananas
Blueberries
Apples
Mango's, peaches, apricot, ETC.
Lots of vegetables, carrots, green beans, peas, broccoli.
Meat is always good for you, just make sure it's healthy and not smothered in sauce.
Granola bars,
String cheese,
Crackers,
Peanut Butter,
Watermelon.

Now, eating healthy may take off some weight, but incorporating exercise is something that will really show you a big difference.

Good Exercises:
Riding Bike,
Jogging,
Swimming,
Jumping on a Trampoline,
Play sports,
Going to a gym and doing elliptical machines,
Sit ups,
Push ups,
Crunches,
and many many more.

Most of all just get active and eat right and eventually you will lose the weight.
Also, a little tip, when losing weight, make sure to do lots of crunches and sit ups because when you lose weight, your stomachs skin can become baggy and stretchy if your losing a whole lot of weight. If you do sit ups and crunches it will keep your skin tight and toned and keep it from becoming baggy.

by the way who told you by eating fish and meat will helpful to reduce weight ? Stop in take of saturated fats,fast food , stop carbonaated drinks, stop makeing food stuff having more carbohydrates.but before doing so take advice with some professional ditetian. Do some excercise and change your life style .Ok



Start lifting weights new studies show people who lift and do cardio burn more calories.
