How can I insure I get a Healthy Subway?!


Question: How can I insure I get a Healthy Subway?
I'm 15 and I want to start getting more healthy.
I've started lifting light weights just to get me started and I read on here that there's not much point in doing weights to get stronger if I still eat rubbish food.

I don't like our school food, so I go to Subway after school and I usually just get a Cheese Toasty as it's cheap.
Sometimes I'd get Cheese, Bacon and Chicken with South West Sauce.

But Is there any Subs I could get that are healthy and high in protein?

What kind of Sauces/Vegetables/Meats should I have?

And Subway usually charges more depending on what you put on it, so I wouldn't want to pay ALOT every day after school.

The Subway Club Sandwich is a high protein, low fat and GOOD carb sandwich. It has roast beef, turkey and ham on it. You can order it without cheese to make it less fat. Also get no mayo or fat free mayo to make it less fat. Order it with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickles, Green Bell Peppers, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper (for flavour) and it's really good! And really healthy. Get it on wheat bread instead of white bread.

The Cheese and Bacon sub that you are eating is probably not the best choice for you but it's ok to splurge every once in a while and treat yourself to something that tastes good. All things in moderation, right? :-)

Take Care and enjoy trying out new sandwiches at Subway. I LOVE Subway. My fav subs are the MOST unhealthy subs of them all. I love Meatball Sub and Spicy Italian Sub! lol But I also love the Club sandwich with vinegar and veggies.



I would stop going Subway.
you know how much fat and carbs is in one of those??
maybe go just once a week.
