Question: Effective way to lose 30 pounds in 2 months?
I want to lose weight before summer, and also because I weigh 150 pounds which is way to much for my height and age. Anyways, I'm not huge, just chubby. I definitely need to lose the weight, but please, give me SPECIFIC things to do. I'm tired of people just saying "Cardio and eat right.." Like, what type of exercises and foods? Please help, I need specific exercise instructions and types of food. I will give best answer! Thanks.
