Which type of bread is healthiest: wheat, sourdough, rye, ciabatta, croissant, p!

Question: Which type of bread is healthiest: wheat, sourdough, rye, ciabatta, croissant, pita, or pretzel?
Answers:

Healthiest in this order; wheat, rye, pretzel, sourdough, pita, ciabatta, croissant.

It depends on what they're made out of. Read the label. If it says "enriched flour" put it back, especially if that's the first, second or third ingredient. Enriched means the grain has been processed to death and nutrients had to be put back in artificially just to make it tolerable.

Look for labels that say whole grain, whole grain minimally processed, or sprouted whole grain. Also feel the weight of the loaf. Healthy breads are often a lot heavier than garbage bread.

generally I would go with rye....complex carbs....

but you have something known as the blood group diet which says different breads are suitable for differentiable blood types

Hello dear,
The good ones:-
Whole Wheat Breadt (the package should mention it, not just wheat bread),
or the mix grain bread,

Good luck.
