give yourself one day a week where u can have a few treats... and 6 days a week eat strict...
u need to eat more lean proteins, vegetables.. whole wheat carbs
snack 5-7 times daily.. protein at most or every meal..
you should get on whey protein..... have 1-2 shakes day
consider joining the gym.. and workout 4-6 days a week 40-60 mins weight training..
do ab training everyother day for 5-10 mins a session
cardio 2-3 days a week 20-30 mins

You want to build muscle? Tone down on the cardio a bit. 16 miles a week is too much for building muscle. Start doing squats, push ups, plyometrics, crunches/leg lifts, and maybe pull ups (might be tough).
Well you just need to eat more clean... avoid sugarrrrrr! fruits are fine... you need to be eating more carbs and more proteinnnn!!!! whey protein is great... chicken salmon talapia is good to.. sweet potatos and green veggies. look up body builders diets..
