Adding to what Fraggle says you also need to incorporate some type of cardiovascular workout in your daily activities such as; pusups,situps,and strenght training your not active enough.
Not much. Your diet is the problem. You're not getting enough calories, so your body is going into starvation mode. It's slowing your metabolism in order to hold on to fat reserves, and trying to add more fat. It's also burning muscle tissue for fuel. You need at least 1200-1500 calories daily to avoid this. You also don't mention exercise - you should be doing some cardio, or at least walking, for 30-60 minutes daily.
