Question: Will GYM 2 times a week and protein shake help me build muscle?
Ok well im 16 and a half i started gym 2 weeks ago and i go monday and friday.After the workout i will drink a homemade protein shake without the powder.Will i gain much muscle in 2 months? i work out for around 1 hour on machine weights.Im 5ft 10 and i weigh 64 kg (140 pounds) and have a wide frame im 15.7% body fat

You deff can see some imporvements from that. My best suggestion is, on the days that you dont go to the gym, do push ups, situps, maybe invest in a pull up bar.
