I'm hungry but don't know what to eat since I'm on a diet..?!


Question: I'm hungry but don't know what to eat since I'm on a diet..?
I ate a lean cuisine at about 12:00 for lunch, and now it's 1:53 and I'm hungry again.
I tried eating a graham cracker and drinking water, but it's not filling me up.
The bad thing is is I'm hungry for warm real food, not snack food.
We have Tai food in are fridge and I'm avoiding it at all costs since it's really greasy.
We also have pizza rolls, but I'm avoiding them because I know how bad they are for you.
I really want something warm and something you would heat up,
but I don't think any of it is good for me, especially since I already had lunch.
Help! What should I eat?

You're probably hungry because you've restricted yourself to eating only certain foods and probably not much of them either. If you eat smaller amounts more frequently you'll feel full throughout the day and won't be so hungry. Also it will help you at the end of the day when you're SO hungry that you want to eat everything in sight. It's been almost 2 hours. There's nothing wrong with having a small snack. Eat an apple, have some nuts, yogurt, pb on whole wheat toast, just not all of them at once. Go back to eating. Just eat sensibly. And if you want to really feel good, exercise!



Well, if you're on a diet, you shouldn't eat anything so soon after, nothing wrong with being a little bit hungry.

Stock up on some baby carrots, they're such a pain in the *** to eat you'll give up and just choose to be hungry.



i dont believe in diets. but anyway.

thats why you should always have a can of butternut squash soup (or another homemade vegan pureed soup) in the house. pureed soups are warm and comforting and they feel creamy but they are just veggies.



Fruit and vegetables.



keep drinking lots of water, it fills you up and is good for you
