I keep on eating only oatmeal?!


Question: I keep on eating only oatmeal?
everyday multiple times a day i primarily eat oatmeal (with wheat germ wheat grain & oat grain + big oats) mixed together with a nut trail mix & topped off with sliced bananas & cinnamon (the ingredients also includes some brown sugar

I dont know why but ive become addicted, i eat a few other things (not necessarily healthy) during the day as well, such as a bit of chocolate... and yesterday unfortunately some pizza
i eat some healthy things like chicory salad

im just wondering if my huge intake of oatmeal will cause a weight gain?

Answers:

No oatmeal is very good for you.. But like anything variation and modeation are key. You can not get all the nutrients your body needs from oatmeal. If nothing else try adding lots of fruit. Then eat some meat!!! Force it down your throat if you have to, you need protein to live!!!
