Question: Is this a good diet plan :)?
hey!! i would like to lose 1O lbs and tone up by the start of summer. so i have 3 months?
is this a good diet plan?
i have my eating habits down. i know what to eat. and junk food just makes me sick. i drink lots of water and i dont starve myself. i eat a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

1O sets of jumping jacks/crunches/squats.
so i would do 1O jumping jacks, then 1O crunches, then 1O squats.
^do all of that 1O times to have 1OO of each.
walk 2-3 per day.
1/2 hr of running/jogging.

Answers:

Sounds good. Try and spread your food intake out over 5 meals ie with 2 snacks. This keeps your blood sugar more stable. Avoid eating within 3 hours of bed, make dinner " small" if you can, better to eat your bigger meal for lunch.
Don't forget sit ups for your tummy and some work for your arms, either pushups or skipping is good. If you can mix in some swimming and maybe even bike riding,that's good too. The trick is to watch what you eat and always look for little exercise opportunities ie use the stairs, walk an extra block.
