healthy except for dinner. You dont wanna be eating carbs for dinner. dinner should be protein. try a chicken breast baked with a whole wheat bread crumb crust, tomato sauce on top, and fresh grated parmesean cheese with a low-fat caesar side salad.
its a good start but try a healthier dinner like whole grain pasta and not frozen pizza but maybe even a salad? Or if you're on the go, a lean cuisine pizza
