Question: How was my diet today? GOOD OR BAD?
Exercise: power walked/jogged 4 miles for an hour (morning)
Breakfast: high fiber cereal with a little bit of corn flakes with 1% milk and a banana (8:30 a.m.)
Snack: about 3 1/2 little slices of potatoes with seasonings: chili powder, chopped onions, and black pepper (I cut the potato in thin slices) (around 1 p.m.)
Lunch: half Subway sandwich- turkey on wheat bread with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, and light mayo and no cheese (a little bit after 3:30 p.m.)
Snack: 2 Triscuits (5:21 p.m.)
Dinner: Same as lunch with an apple (gonna have it at 6:30 p.m.)

Breakfast:
Nutritious breakfast. I don't see a problem with that. Do you eat it before or after exercise? lt's best to eat an hour before a workout so that your body is full of fuel
Snack:
Sounds about right. Why not have something more tasty though? Like low-fat cheese spread & chives with baked potato skins?
Lunch:
Lunch sounds OK but l would probably cut out the mayo instead and add tomatoes.

Dinner:
l'd have something different, like a stirfry with plenty of chicken & vegetables with wholemeal naán bread and a little bit of seasoning on the side (chopped peppers and low-fat soy sauce dip.)
