Question: How do you make yourself wanna workout?
i never have energy to work out , but i want to. help!! thankyou

In the beginning of the process it's really hard to WANT to actually workout. What I did was think about the things I want most. Like if your goal is to look good in that bikini for the summer, then hang it up somewhere in your room on the wall and use that as your motivation. When your on the treadmill or running and you want to stop, think about that in your head and how good you want to look. What I use for motivation is my prom dress. When I'm working out I always think about how good I want to look in my prom dress and I push myself for that. I know it may sound stupid but waking up earlier actually gets you more awake and want's to work out more. Eating healthy does too. When you eat bad and eat a huge meal, you always seem to get so much more tired and just want to sleep or lay around. Make sure you get enough sleep and eat enough protein. After about a month, maybe less, you'll thrive to work out. It'll be a stress reliever. Hope this helped :)

Firstly you must get a whole complete physical check up.But i would highly recommend you go to a holistic doctor( If you dont know where to find a holistic doctor then you can look them up online in google for your arera). instead of the normal gp,as the holistic doctor will cover everything and take the time with you.
2 Go to a good health food store and get an appointment with a Naturopath.They can really help you
3. The next step is not for everyone, but people with these problems its excellant i wholly recommend you contact someone who does Colonic irrigation,(the naturopath can guide you to someone who does colonic irrigation) have a full series of colonics.This will greatly help with restoring your energy.
4 Keep following the guidance from holistic doctor,naturopath and colonic irrigation specialist.
5.Eat and drink vibrant health foods that restore energy and vitality to the mind and body.
6. Now with these processes completed and on going you will have the energy to workout and the workouts themselves will give you much more energy and vitality , but if for some reason you have days where you dont want to workout then what you do is to find a program or a movie or anything you can watch on television that truly inspires you, gives you great inspiration to improve yourself and keep watching them over and over again, and this will get you into energy mode where you want to move and workout.I hope all of this helps and improves your life in leaps and bounds, if you want more information as i know of other things that can help u then please send me a message.

Give yourself a reward afterwords like something you really want. Although here is the catch if you want a bag of chips and they are 300 calories you better burn 300 calories first. :)



look at yourself in the mirror naked...if you hate what you see then eventually youll become obsessed with changing it



Realizing that you really need to and that your health and in worst conditions your life is at risk....and thinking about your results how much better you look and feel
