Ok why did i gain like 8-10 pounds? im trying to LOSE weight..this is long pleas!

Question: Ok why did i gain like 8-10 pounds? im trying to LOSE weight..this is long please read though?
i was a skinny child. then i started sneaking ice cream and chips up into my room multiple times a day.
i would walk down to the store and buy junk and hide it.
i look back on that now, being a freshman in highschool, and i hate myself for bringing my body to this point.
i didnt lose any weight over the summer, but i got taller, so i look different. and everyone says i look good
i did not spend my summer working out like a crazy person, but it was the first time i reallly started to think about my life:
1) i want to be fit and healthy
2) i WANT to wear a bikini
3) i want a boyfriend
every time i went to the pool i would swim a couple laps. and i spent 4-6 hours swimming and playing with friends. but then i would go and eat lunch at the snackbar.
now that the school year has started i have been TRYING to eat healthier.
-i dont sneak junk to my room anymore
-i never eat chips outside of parties
-i dont buy candy
-i only eat ice cream on occasion
and i have been trying to walk 2 miles everyday at the park down my street( 3 times around is a mile)
i also dance to my favorite music(i dont play a sport or take any classes)
i have a bowflex and an ab lounge but i rarely use it. i have already got alot of muscle its just all trapped under the fat. i am getting really frustrated
i am 14 years old, 5 foot 2 or 3. and about 3-4 days ago i weighed 152 pounds. i just checked today and it said i was 162?!?!?!!?
i have been excersising more then i ever have before, eating more fruits, and drinking more water. is this just because i weighed myself at the end of the day. by the way i had a huge bowl of pasta for dinner. i ate rather bad today.
dont tell me im getting muscle because i have enough of that.
i need ways to lose weight. i want to wear a bikini this summer more then anything ive ever wanted. im willing to do anything except starve myself
and i do NOT have access to a gym. i just have two 3 pound dumb bells, the bowflex, the ab lounge, and the walking park. i cannot run so please dont ask me to. i would prefer speed walking

Throw away your scale, if your clothes get loose then you know you're loosing weight, but scales really mess you up.
Eat more protein, less sugar(less pasta, bread, candy, junk), more veggies and fruit. Drink water, that's a great start. Don't limit how much you eat, just make sure it's all healthy, eat until you're full and then try to stop but if you feel the need to keep eating then just tell yourself that you're just going to eat veggies... That should be boring enough to make you find something else to do.
Don't go by what the scale says, OR, weigh yourself once a month on the day after your period is completely over. Otherwise there are way too many variables, your range is going to be crazy so there's no guarantee of accuracy. The best way to tell if you're making a difference is to measure your hips, waist, upper arms and thighs at their biggest points and do it once a week. Just go walking, drink water, do aerobic stuff but NO weight training unless you want to build muscle.
It wont happen over night. But you'll see a difference every week. You just have to wait and stick to your plan. If you mess up, just start over again the next day. The worst thing to do is to give up. Every day you do right is another day of healthiness under your belt. Don't underestimate the importance of every little healthy act, they all add up, just like the chips and ice cream added up. Only now you're adding up healthy acts instead of unhealthy acts. You can do it.
Oh and don't forget, take the holidays off, don't kill yourself over it. Eat junk on Valentines day and LOVE EVERY BITE OF IT. But then stop the next day. Throw out the chocolate, just have it one day and enjoy it. Same goes for Christmas and New Years.
Good luck hun, buy that bikini and hang it up in your room for inspiration!

stop eatig candy and stop drinking water

Your weight will change. Try to weigh yourself at the same time everyday. Also you may be gaining muscle (which weighs more than fat). Try to do exercises that target the area you want to tone. For example if you are trying to get rid of belly fat walking will help but also try crunches. Good luck!

Stop exercising so much. Working out that much is stressful on the body, and when you are stressed you gain weight in addition to the muscle you are gaining. Focus more on diet and make sure you're drinking enough watter.
You should be drinking half your weight in ounces a day. So, since you currently weigh 162 pounds you should be drinking 81 ounces (10.12500 cups) a day.
Your goal should be also to try to have a bm every day.
Whatever you eat stays in your system for as long as it takes to leave, whether or not the nutrition has been used. And yet you keep putting more fuel in. So focus on your diet more and include as much water as possible to keep your digestive system running smoothly so that unnecessary weight can be flushed out.
The more you exercise the more water you need. Most of the water that you drink, because of how much you are exercising, is mostly going to your body and not in expelling waste.
Bottom line, get rid of stress and drink more water. I would recommend less exercise so you don't put as much stress on your body, but that is completely up to you.
