I suggest you reduce your consumption of carbohydrates and don't consume soft drinks and get some regular aerobic exercise



Have normal breakfast,light lunch and early light dinner try not to have more the 1100 calories a day , and if you exercise that would fasten the process of losing weight up

The best diet is ever did was this "nothing with a mother or a face" I lost 8 pounds in a week. I then balanced my diet to enjoy the foods in love while maintaining my weight. All things in moderation.



It's really easy, burn more calories than you consume.
