I like omlets made from egg whites and vegatables. I mix it up, sometimes mushroom or peppers and onions or zuchinni and onions or spinach with low fat ricotta cheese. All pretty healthy. low carb and have fiber. May not be for everyone but it is very healthy unlike all the processed cereals loaded with sugar out their.

100% whole grain cereal like Grape Nuts...extremely high in fiber and protein

a green salad with nuts and FAT FREE dressing*(Kraft makes some good ones)

whole wheat toast or bagel with lowfat cream cheese or a small amount of peanut butter

avoid whole milk or only use enough to get the cereal wet



mix half cup old fashioned oatmeal (uncooked) and a cup of low fat bluberry yogurt.
