I want that built look, not buff, I have slender or the fit look for now,
but is it even possible at this age?

of coarse! all you gotta do is build a workout (every other day) that involves a gradually increasing weight amount. and add in weightless exercises (like push-ups, sit-ups, and leg lifts) in order to build more tone. eat well (vegetables and no fried food) and you should be fine :) give it a month and you are guaranteed to see results (if you stick with it every other day)
