Question: I am trying to gain weight..,?
I am almost 14, 5"1 & 80 lbs
I am trying to gain weight. Any tips?
Also, what excersizes do I have to do for muscle/weight gain?
I have no weights/dumbbells. What excersizes should I do? Thanks alot!(:

You can try lunges and squats for the thighs, dips and push ups for the arms, ab crunches and sit ups for the abs, and I'm not sure about the rest but google them haha :P Do jogging and swimming kinda cardio at least 4-5 times a week to keep your heart rate up.

If you want to gain muscle, have complex carb food like wholemeal stuff. If you're doing strenuous exercise, remember to eat more or your body will burn the muscle instead of the fat. (: Also, exercise in the evening. I'm not sure why, but muscle is easiest to build in the evening.

And very importantly: stretch. You have to stretch after exercising. Or you'll get big bulky muscles that aren't very strong; they just look ugly and big.

Eat a lot of chicken , fried, bakes anything and get dairy like milk, icecream and drink muscle milk

weight gain shakes and personally, i would say get a gym membership! you can bulk up on muscle but keep it toned! the membership is most defiantly worth it(:



McDonalds eat every day



Crabs carbs carbs chocolates proteins ice cream Milk shakes JUNK JUNK JUNK ect.
