When is the best time to go to the gym and why?!


Question: When is the best time to go to the gym and why?
Would going to the gym at night time about 7 p.m. be the best way to losing weight since all that food you ate the whole day is being burned.If I'm wrong then could you tell me when is. =]

Answers:

You should go whenever you have the most energy. The more energy you have the more power you will have during the workout, thus more calories will be burned. I don't like working out in the morning because I have no energy, I wait until evening.



In the morning but if you need motivation you should go when there is a lot of people in there you don't want to fail in front of others



Go to the gym in the morning it helps



When im not there cos ill just make you look bad.
but apart from that i dont think it makes a difference
