Question: WEIGHT PROBLEMS. HEEEEEELP :S?
im 14 years old.. 15 in june, and im about 5'1/5'2
how much should i weight approx?
and ughh for some reason my stomach bulges out a lot, but people say im REALLY thin :|
how can i lose tat stomach fat?
help please <3

OMG I have the exact same problem. Yup, people say I'm REALLY thin and shouldn't lose weight, but my stomach seems to get fatter. (Was always this when I was little though O.o)

I've basically ...
-cut on all snacks
-eat more fruits, vegetables,
-drink lots of water
Seems to help. Try it! =D Also, excersise whenever you have free time! Don't do sit ups though. It'll increase your stomach fat. Push ups are great. CARDIO is key! ;D

Your ideal weight:
14 Years old: 50 Kg Range (33 - 79 Kg), or around 110 lbs
15 Years old: 53 Kg Range (36 - 82 Kg), or around 116.6 lbs

Um 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet, so 105-110, but it also depends only your body structure, if your stomach bulges out, do some sit-ups about 50/day and then after a while more if you like, don't over do it. for now you can wear baggy shirts, its cute and makes tummy fat less noticeable, until you lose it :D

You did not say how much you weigh but you did say you were thin, so it is really hard to give you good advise. But if people are saying your are Really Thin do not cut down on your calories.

Do you have problems with indigestion or bloating? If so this could make you look like you have a pot belly when you just have digestion problems. Write back with more information for a better answer.

There are a million exercises to flatten your stomach, you can find them all over the internet and you do not have to buy a machine to get results.

Cut out all junk food (Sodas chips and candys) Only drink water. Do ab exercises 3-4 times a week and do cardio 4-6 times a week. You'll be ready for summer in no time.

It also depends on what type of body frame you have for you to accuractle calculate your ideal weight.

Just look up height/weight chart on google.



Anywhere from 105 to 130 is healthy. And to lose stomach fat just try doing sit-ups and cardio, also try cut unneeded calories. hope this helped.
