I find myself eating only once a day, am i going to die or something?!

Question: I find myself eating only once a day, am i going to die or something?
So um, yeah... i know its unhealthy, and i know how to eat properly, but i just find myself eating only once (dinner) so whats this doing to my body? could this in the long term cause fatal damage or anything

Answers:

Nope not really. your body will soon adjust to its rationonings, maybe if your used to eating alot and then suddenly change it would. Although the thing is, if you eat one meal a day, generally if you eat more than that you body will stock up on energy ( or food ) so it can use it later because it knows it only gets that one meal. So its not really unhealthy, aslong as your body is use to it. Fatal damage? as in death? No. But maybe you should take vitamans if thats truly all you eat you dont want to be missing certain things that your body would get from the other two meals of the day.

those people are wrong, trust me. Your body will assume that there is a famine or something and just ration what you give it, you can def. survive off of one meal a day, i mean as opposed to the people who under go months with eating trash in haiti, please. just make sure u get in the nutrients you need threw vitamens. but if you start looking like skin and bones then its time to hit mcdonalds for 10 mcdoubles and a large fry with a diet coke.

YAH! you need help, bad. It's called anorexia and it's you deprive yourselfmof nutrients. See a dOcter.

You're not going to die, but you are slowing your metabolism. This leads to more fat storage.

Yes, it will damage your body. You KNOW How to eat..Just do it.
