Question: Does this counter my binge?
Yesterday I had a huge Irish dinner (way over 200cals), so I tried to offset it

Breakfast: granola bar (90cal)
Lunch: nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Dinner: subway 6in roast beef on Italian bread with lettuce, onions, tomato, and peppers (400cal?)

Answers:

That is NOT a healthy diet my friend.....

The average woman needs 2000 calories a day, not 610...

Focus on having a balanced healthy lifestyle, with plenty of exercise instead of obsessing about calories.



I have defeated this earthworm with my words. Imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists.
