Question: What is the best way to reduce some weight in 15 days ? 10 points?
I need reduce some of my weight before 5th April.. as i have a marriage to attend nyhow.. wats d safest n easiest way to reduce weight n to control eating habit.

i tried this one an it worked.. drink lots an lots an lotssss of water.. u ll hav to go to the bathroom more often but by 15 days u r sure to look thin around the belly.. another way is to eat stuff with a lottt of fibre like greens veggiz frutss before eating bf lunch or dinner... but try to stop eating so much fibre around 2 days before teh event.. cos more of fibre causes gas.. u don want to be bloated on the day..

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



Minimal carbs. Cut out ALL bread and reduce the amount of pasta and rice meals you eat (or cut out completely if you can handle it), and try to avoid other carbs. Exercise every day for at least half an hour plus.
Start with a big healthy breakfast (not much fat) so maybe a big bowl of healthy cereal. Fill yourself up so you dont snack a lot throughout the day.
Eat little healthy snacks in between meals (about every 2 hrs) that are low in carbs and sugars and energy/kilojoules, this keeps your metabolism going fast and doesnt make you over eat at main meals. eat blueberries with your cereal, they are supposed to speed up your metabolism. eat good meals, dont over eat, make yourself the right fullness, no matter how nice the meal is......then on the night EAAAT :) good luck
