Question: I want to lose 65lbs in 6 months is it possible and how?
if it helps im female 5ft3 and weight over 200 lbs

Answers:

Yes you can! But its going to be very hard you have to stay motivated and Eat right. You also always give your 100% and more. Pushing yourself to limit every time you work out.
So this is it!
Eat right
Exercise: You have to do a lot of cardio. Such as running, biking, swimming.
And your anabolic exercise such as push ups sit ups squats.
Rest (Sleep 8 hour early yo bed)
Stay motivated and you can do it !



I lost 100 in 3 months when I went to Army Basic Training. An extreme regimen of running two miles every morning and every night, huge numbers of pushups and situps. and absolutely zero sweets.
I went from 270 pounds to 175 between the start August and the end of October.
Hurt like hell, but very worth it.

Maybe you should try something similar?



have you heard of cohens? its a restrictive diet and its especially written out for you. its cost a bit, but the weight falls off, once you've reached your ideal weight you go on a refeed and this will stop you from gaining weight. it worked for me .



eat healthy and jog/walk/run
just get cardiobascular exxcercises of some sort at least 5 days a week and you will see dramatic changes! but remember to eat healthy and count your calories!
