Congratulations, you have the least healthy diet I've seen today.

1pm - Carbs and sugar
4pm - More sugary carbs
6pm - Likely a huge serving of carbs with a few grams of protein
8pm - Carbs

Hmm. Where's the vegetables and the protein?

1pm - 6 eggwhite omelette with chopped peppers and onions.
4pm - 1/2 cup ground lean beef stir-fried with bean sprouts and teriyaki sauce.
6pm - pan seared pork chop with a half baked (skin included) potato, 2 cups of frozen brocoli.
8pm - 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries.

Now that's a healthy diet. Get cracking.

hey, I had a diet problem for so many years. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till a friend show me these tips, I had my doubts at first. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was starting to love it. After losing that first bit of weight, which was so uplifting, I started working on my diet habit to maintain my results. I couldn't be happier. Here's where I found the info: www.1stloseweightnet.tk

You don't seem to eat much. Try and vary your diet some more, include fresh fruit and veg and cut down possibly a little on the sugar. You can afford to eat more than this if you do a lot of sport remember.

very healthy which reminds me, i want some pringles now.
