am i beginning to have anorexia?!

Question: Am i beginning to have anorexia?
i'm sorry this is a super long question, but please read all of it. thank you.
it all started about 4 days ago. ive always been super self conscious, and always felt like im fat. for lunch i ate 10 pistacios and an orange. i counted the calories (15) and felt amazing..but not soo full. everyone stared at me, until lexi asked if im on a diet, and they all started telling me how skinny i was. obviously, i didnt believe them. nce i was at home, i ate a bagel, half cup of soup, and 1/2 cup measurement of ice cream. it all equaled out to about 700-800 calories for the day. the next day was even worse. i ate some cinn. bread and a sausage thing for breakfast. for lunch, i allowed myelf 4 fish nuggets and a brownie(school portions). when i got home, i didnt want any dinner, however, i was insanely hungry so i ate a very small salad with 2 tbsp. of dressing. in between every bite, i took a drink of water. (helps you feel full) when i got home, i was worried about how many calories i'd had, so i ate a 200 cal bag of popcorn, bumping my calories up to 800-1000. yesterday, i ate cinn. bread (1 piece, always) for breakfast, and i actually made myself eat lunch. i wasnt too bad yesterday, i also ate a bagel, ramen noodles, and some popcorn. even with all these things i feel like i'm becoming anorexic, because these portions are much smaller than my regular ones and i love the feeling of not eating. I have lost 2 pounds since 2 days ago, i am now 129 pounds. i am 14 year old girl, and between 5'5-5'7. thanks for all help

Oh honey. 800 calories a day? It is like what baby eats. And you're 14! Come on.
I recommend you to get help before this gets more obsessive. You think you can handle it...but you can't. It′s a fact. No one can, with anorexia.
Since you're 14 years old and 129 pounds, that sounds alright. But since it's short time since you started, you could have some signs of anorexia. Especially if you're counting calories, don't do that. Eat till you're 80% full. Live a healthy life.
You don't want to risk yourself, you don't want to be stuck at a mental hospital until you die.
Be proud of who you are.
Eat healthy food and you'll feel good about yourself. If you eat candy, you won't feel as good as if you had a salad with chicken.
You need like 2000 calories per day. If you exercise more, then you need to eat more. That is a true fact.
You don't want to look sick and weak, it's not beautiful.

Hey, I had this problem and I went into MANY doctors and institutions. When I became really sick of dealing with everything, I just ATE. Just enjoy your teen years and eat without measuring everything, or worrying about what you eat. This is the time of your life that will always stick with you as an adult. Make it last! Now go have an icecream cone:)

The road to anorexia is a slippery slide, it happens very quickly and it's harder to stop the further in you are. Trust me, I've been literally unable to walk (I had to crawl to the kitchen to get some sugar and was completely blind from headspins), and I couldn't even drink water because I didn't want anything inside me.

One thing that does stand out though is that your diet is pretty bad. Bagels and icecream and packet noodles. You can eat the same calories with much more food. But remember, eating is just a source of getting energy for your normal body processes. You are going through puberty now, you need an awful lot of food so the body keeps up with the changes. They always say that teenage boys eat like horses and never gain weight, it's because they have a massive growth spurt and that takes a lot of energy, so alot of food is needed. And while you are changing into having a woman's body, you don't want to be neglecting food. One of my friends has two very noticeably different sized breasts (I'm talking an A and a D cup difference) and she is adamant it was because of an eating disorder. Sometimes people around your age develop eating disorders because they are so conscious about their body changing. Your breasts are growing, your hips are spreading, you're getting curves. Trust me, you can't stop the changes so just go with them, and you'll appreciate them when you're ready for relationships!
Try reading up on what actually happens when you eat different types of foods, and how terrible anorexia is. For example, did you know that if you are starving yourself, your body won't shed weight as easily because it goes into "starvation mode"? It thinks there is a lack of food sources so it protects any fat it has to be used later as an energy source. And when it gets serious, you'll do damage to your organs. Your heart will be weak but have to work twice as hard, your kidneys will get run-down, your brain will get starved of nutrients. Even if you come out the other side, you will always wonder what damage you've done.

you may not have anorexia, but you seem to be sightly obsessive about food, which could lead to anorexia.

if you ever think you might have anorexia, you should really talk to someone. anorexia is a horrible disease which causes hair loss, tooth loss, hair to grow all over your body; and serious health problems, like organ failure. i had a friend who died of anorexia.

it's not something small, if you think you're developing anorexia, only you'll know, don't take it lightly.
