Question: I'm 16, whateva i eat,I don't gain fat but I easily gain muscle. My recovery time is 24 hrs. Am I normal?
Every morning, I wake up to a More toned body. The only thing is.. I don't have abs. What should I do?

try doing leg lifts, situps, and crunches. Also jump rope (yes this will help your abs). I had a six pack at 19. and yes I am a girl.
