Answers:

first of all, your going to put your body into starvation mode. You should eat a 300 calorie breakfast and if you get hungry after some hours, eat a piece of fruit or vegetable or juice, etc. If you put your body into starvation mode, your body freaks out thinking "there's no food, i need to survive" and keep all your fat while burning away your precious muscle. Without muscle, you slow your metabolism and your body doens't burn fat effciently.
Furthermore, if you only eat 200 cal, who knows how long that will keep up. You will feel deprived and gorge or binge the next meal or dinner. So eat healthy and 300 cal for breakfast.

I would eat more in the earlier part of the day, and less later. So, that is mighty small. You might be hungry quite sooner than planned. Also, regarding low calorie, if you eliminate the bread and cereal and go for more protein and greens, you won't get cravings. Regarding exercise, without it, you might lose weight, but won't be able to maintain it, and won't have the strength and the endurance you need. You will look untoned, and still have whatever shape you have, only weigh less. Try to figure a way to put the movement into the plan. When fat builds up over our internal organs, that's when you are in danger of disease. You want that fat to dissipate, and hard exercise is the only way to remove it and prevent heart disease; hence, the reason why you can see so many people out there running. None of us has time, but it has to be done.

Depends on what you eat. If it's not nutritious, you'll just be weak and inactive for the rest of the day since breakfast is the most important meal. You'll lower your metabolism and you actually might gain weight. I'm not an expert, but I think eating a lot of B-Vitamin rich stuff can compensate for a low cal breakfast.
