How do I lose weight, when diet and exercise makes me sick? Need tips?!

Question: How do I lose weight, when diet and exercise makes me sick? Need tips?
I am a male and struggle with my weight all my life, each time i try, i always get the same syptoms.

I was told not to eat past like 5pm, so i tried this, and i couldn't sleep at all, It keeps me up all night long. I have to takes lots of sleeping pills and bananas to go to sleep If i dont put something in my stomach i will be up til noon, like peanut putter, etc. If i dont sleep, i will gain weight, so i cant win.

I was told , no carbs, no bread, So i dont eat bread, after 2 days, i get really bad stomach craps, and diarrhea, it is like water coming out, and i feel so sick.

I was told do the erercise in the morning, so i did, and this gives me watery diarrhea for some reason, i dont know why.

Even something weird happened to me, when i was doing a leg exercise at the gym, i had an orgasm for no reason,

What can I do to lose weight, and do exercises, without getting sick? What can I do to lose weight , what do i eat, so i can goto sleep at a decent hour.

Maybe i should start smoking, i heard that helps you lose weight. I will try anything, I am so desperate.

Right now i have bad stomach cramps and feel watery in my head, i had pizza yesturday b/c the stomachaches, cramps, headaches, and diarrhea from 0 bread and 0 carbs were so bad,

Well, try taking it slow? don't work your brains out or quit carbs right away, work slowly and gradually. Also, carbs won't kill you. I would try to avoid foods with EMPTY carbs, MSG, and multiple sugars( especially high-fructose corn syrup) try to start/finish your day that will hardy food that will keep you full, if your still hungry after dinner eat light healthy snacks.
As far as the Diarrhea goes... try eating Broccoli

Keep doing those leg excercises before you go to bed I think!!!!

I'm sure you know this already, but here it is again. To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you eat. That simple. In your case you've got an extra barrier between you and weight loss. Since exercise is out (although the leg exercise you might want to keep around) and not knocking out the carbs is going to limit you then you are going to have to make dietary and physical changes. Use smaller plates at mealtime, an old jedi mind trick, but it works. Your plate looks full but you're eating smaller portions. Got a dog? Take it for a brisk walk every night. No dog? Go anyways! When you get to work, find the farthest point in the parking lot away from the entrance and park there. Walking is great exercise. Pack a lunch, never buy from a fast food joint again (although JITB has a pretty good salad, just leave off the croutons). I'm diabetic and am controlling my blood sugar levels through diet alone. For me, starches, grains and sugars are out. I get a box of spicy sausages from Food 4 Less and a block of cheddar cheese, slice them into bite size pieces and every time I feel a little hungry I munch three or four of each and the pangs go away. At night I slice an apple or a pear and douse it with a spicy seasoning and eat it before I hit the sack. I love spicy food, I used to add jalepenos to my sandwiches like some people add pickles. Turns out that spicy foods actually help burn calories! With my diet I've gone from 304 last October down to 273. Would have been more but I let myself enjoy the holidays a little too much!

So the gist is, eat smaller portions, eat throughout the day and walk more. Face it, you know what foods are fattening and what to avoid. Don't diet. Just change some habits and the pounds will come off. Remember, the first three letters of diet are 'D I E'
