How healthy would you rank my diet - one to ten?!

Question: How healthy would you rank my diet - one to ten?
Okay, this is modified from a lot of junk and salt and crap, so im pleased with the changes regardless. But Im curious what other people think (im aiming for healthy weight loss, slow and not massive amounts quickly, so theres no point in telling me to eat a lot less, not gonna happen!) Thanks guys

breakfast: apple
snack: bannana
lunch: cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread, no butter, one packet of jacobs snack a jacks, one 4 finger kit kat
dinner: 2 grilled pork chops (visible fat removed) one jacket potato and sweetcorn, low fat chocolate mousse
evening: two slices of wholemeal toast (no butter) with philadelphia (full fat), 3 vodka and diet cokes and a packet of hula hoops.

Answers:

I give u a big 0 ZERO.If u believe this is a diet then u should be really st..id.

You could probably cut down on the sweet stuff and the vodka.
Vodka has so much energy in it... well, alcohol in general. If you are having more than 1 standard drink in a day, I know you will find it hard to lose weight. No matter how good the rest of your diet is. Let alone a chocolate bar and a mouse (despite being low fat, it still is high in sugar).

You would probably find it better to fill up in the morning, and you will find it will keep you more filled throughout the day.

Looks like a 7 to me.
Good food and a little fun, physically and mentally healthy!
You're sure to succeed, you could even add a 3rd fruit and some protein at breakfast.
Congratulations and best wishes.

hi there, I did have this diet trouble for so long now that it seemed hopeless at the time to try to lose all this weight. I used to take all kinds of pills. Until a friend suggested this method, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. There was little change for the first week, but I was feeling good about myself. After going through that initial stage, which was quite uplifting, I started eating right to keep off the weight completely. I couldn't believe I hadnt found this earlier. This is where I found the information: http://allloseweightnews.tk

You need to add more green vegetables and fruits into your diet. Also, you can add more HEALTHY cereals for breakfast, oat meal is good also. Go to this link http://www.answerfitness.com/198/muesli-recipes-homemade-muesli/ for a homemade muesli recipe.
Drink vegetable juice (homemade one, not V8, too much sodium) go to this website for the recipes:

Eat VARIED diet, don't just eat the same thing everyday. Go to this website for lots of healthy eating tips:

Add fatty fish such as Salmon, Tuna, Trout, Herring, Sardines or Mackerel twice a week. Take good quality multivitamin daily (you can find a lot of choice at Trader Joe's, GNC, or Vitamin Shoppe) and some good quality Omega 3 supplements also.

Your eating proportion should be: A good complete breakfast (biggest portion), Healthy lunch (medium), and light dinner (smallest portion).
Drop the Vodka and Diet Coke, those stuffs are no good. Also, read a book called Food Matters, it has a lot of healthy eating tips.Good luck.
