Question: I ruined my diet and started going bakwards. I feel like a failure. What can I do?
I only made it 15 days on my "lifestyle change". I ate natural and clean and I really enjoyed it. Then my husband said I deserve a cheat meal and I thought I could handle it. Apparently not. Since that cheat meal I have eaten tons of pizza, Red Robin, and McDonald's. I was doing so good and then I gave into my biggest weakness.

I used to binge a lot, but not purge. I would just eat and eat all day. Then I got it under control and noticed amazing results in those 15 days like clear skin and a super flat stomach. Now I'm reverting back to my old ways and I feel everything slipping away. Even my motivation is becoming weak all for the taste of fast food.

I've only successfully lost weight once. I was 16 and got down from 166lbs to 135lbs with the same diet I'm doing now which is just eating clean and natural. At 5'7 I was very skinny. I want that again. I don't want to give up but I feel myself giving into and not even caring. What do I do. I feel like such a failure.

I'm 19 years old now and started at 162.8lbs and got down to 157.0lbs in those 15 days. Now since I've been cheating I am back at 160lbs.

The worst thing to do if u break ur diet, is to feel like a failure. Cause ur not one .Kno that it was wrong and start off fresh on a new week.work harder towards ur goal but don't over do it,u don't want to be too thin. Yes it's ok to have a cheat day but not on a whole mean. Treat urself with like a small brownie or bowl of icecream or something after dinner ( if u want to feel like ur cheating but not,have a bowl of frozen yogurt icecream it's amazing and healthy), but make ur cheat days on a sunday. That way incase u do overdo it. U can start fresh tomorrow! :)



just get back on the wagon. if your husband says you deserve a treat, ask him to take you to the movies or buy you some new clothes or something. anything but food. people often break their diet a couple of times before they really get with it and stick to it. just get up every morning and say today I'll eat right.

Just get back on your diet. It's okay to fall off the wagon sometimes. Dieting is hard to do.

The secret to success is not never failing, its to get back up every time you fail.
You'll fail multiple times while on a fat loss program, and people quit during their first major fall off the wagon. Just stick right back to it. Try to visualize the satisfaction and glory you felt while living healthy. Do you want to throw all that away for a stupid pizza that'll last 20 minutes at max. Is 20 min of satisfaction worth day-long feeling of strength and phenomenal will power?
I guess that answers it.



i think the problem is that you lost motivation. But since summer is coming you could book a holiday if you can, buy a swimsuit that is 1 or 2 sizes smaller than what you are now, hang it on your door or wardrobe so you see it every morning. This will get you motivated really easily I've heard :)
What kinda diet where you on? I mean what do you mean by clean and natural?

A good healthy diet high in fiber, lean meats, eggs, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, antioxidant foods, healthy beverages and low in added sugar and salt help people lose weight, gain weight, lower cholesterol, increase energy, improve brain function, lower blood pressure, reduce cancer risk and have a more positive lifestyle!

Gives it salty fresh taste. But you must drink up to 100 oz of water daily to help your body get rid of waste and the toxins it contains.
You must combine a healthy diet with exercise to multiply the benefit. Whether an hour a day in the weight room or just a 30 minute brisk walk every day, the added benefit of a regular exercise program really do increase and accelerate healthy weight loss.

Take some me time and find a quiet place and maybe listen to your favorite tune and dwell upon the results you want and feel as if you have already achieved it!
