Question: What are the things you should be able to do, to prove you are physically fit?

This question is not giving me the clear picture of what you mean.

But simply saying. One is physically fit when can perform without difficulties not only
the house chores, the gardening or the front yard snow off. But being able of run for at last
five minutes (slow pace), then perform some physical exercises as push up (10 reps.) 25 sit ups, and 5 chin ups.
All this without feeling like you are going to die. Believe, unfit ppl will find it too hard to do.

How to improve to this level... just by doing it. Let s then conclude that 30 minutes of physical activities that makes one feel warm and sweaty a bit is the minimum recommended by ACSM
at least, 3xWeek. If one really want to get to the fit level, firstly, this is how to start anyway. Then naturally you will feel fitter and more capable to increase the activity time.
What is great about the body is the adaptation... and the results you get not only external, but internal, they physiological adaptations that occur will make you feel good, and feel health, fit and strong, and consequently will improve the external looking too.
