How was my lunch?????!


Question: How was my lunch?????
I'm 16 on a diet?
Exercise: power walked/jogged 4 miles for an hour this morning
For lunch I had 1 turkey sausage with onions, serving of pasta, and cabbage

Was that ok and how many calories do you think this was?

Answers:

I don't think you should worry too much about going on a diet. I think that lunch would be just fine.



cabbage = good
turkey sausge = ok try to go for more lean meats though like fish and grilled chicken
pasta = fattening stick to lean meats
also try and add nuts and fruit in
steames veggies to


excersize= great remember to push yourself though
try dlifting weights too because muscle burns fat just while sitting there



I think it was an alright lunch, not the greatest but better then burger king. Maybe 500-600 calories?



try to stay away frmo pasta... unless it has lowfat dressing and 100% whole grain
