Question: ALL YOU BODYBUILDERS can u help me out real quick with junk food?!?
Okay so I started working out back in Dec and its march so like 4 months and I should have had my 6 pack but I dont.. I mean its there but and you can see it but not like COMPLETELY out like most people because I END UP EATING LOADS OF JUNK and FRIED foods.. I CAN"T help it its just freaking good :)) Idk lol

I"m only 15 and a Vegetarian so its not like i can go shopping whenever i want for food and im so tired of burning off the fact the next day.. any advice on how to lay off the junk food for good?!

i mean it sounds like you understand how to get a cut up six pack: the six pack is there you just need to get rid of the layer of fat over it so it can really jut out. A lot of people think sit ups and stuff will get you a six pack when it's actually fat burning that's going to show it off. so its good you understand that...but its not good that youre eating fatty foods!!!

your problem doesnt really have a straight answer...as everyone that has a junk food problem will tell you...fad diets and stuff like that dont work...the best thing to do is REPLACE things gradually until you've reached a balanced/nutritional diet..

usually with junk food...people have a weakness, tackle that first! you didn't say what yours was so I'm just going to pick potato chips (salty/oily.crunchy foods). A good replacement would be roasted nuts or seeds like sunflower seeds or something.

Make smoothies, have fun with fruit, be creative, switch the fries for a fruit salad.

if your consistently hungry, try drinking water, i've read its also good for gainign extra msucle in the long run.
