Question: What if all I eat is vegetables, boiled eggs, fish, and oatmeal?
I'm 5'2, 113 pounds, 15 years old, I have a really big waist/belly/thighs.

I was thinking only eating vegetables, boil eggs, fish, oatmeal, etc and 5 small meals a day and do this until June; will I see a lot of results?

at 5'2 113 lbs, how can you possibly have really big waist/belly/thigh? I have a skinny friend who is 5'2 and 118 lbs and its a little scary how skinny she is.

The diet plan you have can work, for sure. Unfortunately, I just would not recommend it due to a slight problem. It includes all the essential nutrient groups (fat, carb, vitamins, protein, minerals) except for fat. At 15 years old, your body still needs fat. Actually, you need fat at every stage, but it's especially important for a teenager. This is not a pamphlet. I do mean it.

I dont know if you are male or female, but your body mass index is within "average" range for either gender. I can tell you right now, the "average" is actually below average. I am 5'11, 185, male, i can see my 6 pack but under the same BMI i'm actually over weight. I can tell you right now i am well within 10% of the population when it comes to fitness and health.
What i am saying is that you are not fat. Especially considering as a teenager you're burning up a lot of fuel and energy. Fat is actually an organ in your body. It produces essential hormones and serves other vital functions. Totally depriving yourself of fat will cause effects you wont want. Delayed or stunted growth (in height as well as other things), not to mention malnutrition and its side effects.

Sorry i'll get back to the actual diet proposal. Veggies, as long as you eat a variety can provide you with essential nutrients and vitamins. Oatmeal can provide you with some carbs, but there is a catch. You need enough carbs in your diet. Not too much, obviously, but you need enough of it to maintain a healthy blood sugar level as your brain needs a constant flow of glucose (blood sugar). Fish and eggs are good sources of protein. Just make sure you eat enough of it. I think the recommended diet means like 3 portions per day. Might be more if you are a serious athlete. There's cases to be made for the occasional red meat or poultry, but if you dont eat it, it's not a big deal. It does not matter how many meals a day you eat. It matters overall in a day how much in total you eat.

Honestly, as someone who has been to countless nutrition seminars (for athletic purposes and dieting purposes) and who studies this stuff, I think although this plan could work (with addition of a little bit of fat). I myslef would just propose another plan.
Cut out the junk food and sodas and just go jogging a couple of times a week. I know running sucks and msot people dont like it, but it's just so damn effective. If you do that, you should see an overall increase in your health. Think about it, if you are eating healthy food, how many calories do you think you can eat? By healthy food i mean no processed, no junk food, no fast food.
That will (and does) translate into lower body fat. The most weight i ever lost was when i stopped eating the crap and just started running a little bit. And please do keep in mind you need your calories. If you seriously under do it, then you go on a slippery slope with nutritional problems. I am not suggesting you WILL be bulimic or anorexic, i'm just saying at 5'2, 113, you're well off.

One last thing to consider. At your age, you still have some "baby fat". You will lose this weight as time goes on, without the addition of a strict diet plan.

Probably not - women are supposed to have big hips and thighs, it where we store fat in case we get pregnant. You sound small as it is and you would have to drop your body fat quite low to shift it.

That said, its not a bad diet. I'd add in some fruit, maybe some red meat (one or twice a week) and chicken (or lentils, chickpeas etc if you are veggie), brown rice, spices, hummus, nuts, cheese and yoghurt for some more variety.

Also protein shakes and a good weights workout will do wonders. Dont believe the nonsense that women should do lots of reps, low weights or will bulk up - its a myth. You will just end up looking hot (unless you take steroids ).

I would also include nuts,egg whites and some sort of dairy.
