what body fat % am i?!

Question: What body fat % am i?
im a 5'9 206lb 14 year old guy. Ive been lifting weights to gain muscle and have lost fat. i still need to lose some but i have a good amount of extra muscle on my legs and chest and i can see my ribs when i suck my stomach in. and when i suck my stomach in it looks like my ribcage is pushed forward really far. my forearms have noticeable lines going down when when i flex and the line from my tricep extended down a couple inches. and getting overall more defined. online bmi tests have placed me at about 30 or obese but i doubt im over 18

Answers:

BMI is body mass index and isn't the same as how much body fat you have. I'm 16, 5'10, 136 lbs and my BMI is 19.5 which is healthy for my age so I'm guessing that it may say you're a bit obese but don't worry about it. It doesn't take into account the amount of muscle you have. If you actually want to find out you'll have to go see a doctor or some specialist who can find out for u.

You need to go and see a doctor or other health/exercise professional to work out your true body fat.

If you are well muscled, BMI is pointless as muscle weighs much much more than fat. BMI works on the idea everyone has just enough muscle as they would get from walking around etc, and not trying to build up muscle.

hi, I did have this overweight issue for a long time that it seemed hopeless. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Till I found this site, I had my doubts at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I was feeling good. After that first drop of weight, which was quite uplifting, I started to develop good habits, especial my diet. I feel great!. Here's the site: allloseweightguide.tk

BMI isn't body fat %. For that you need to go have a physical test.

if you had a picture i could tell you, but you dont so...i cant
