Question: How do I lose 3 inches off my waist?
I'm 5'7 and 1/2 and my measurements are 34C-27-34 at 126 pounds. What exercises can I do so that I'm 34C-24-34 by summer break?

I notice that bicycling, swimming and even hula hoops help tone your waist since all these pin-point the waist line. Swimming is a good for toning all over the body muscles, bicycling works out your thighs and waist and hula hoops just tones the waist.Try them all and see what exercise you like best, but I recommend to do them for about twenty minutes or more if you like, since they don't tire you out fast. Also, I avoid salty foods because it just causes you to bloat. Eat whatever you like, but stop when you feel full. Remember don't starve yourself because it's not worth it and it just causes you to loose energy. Good luck!

exercises I did last summer that helped me tone my waist and I'm planning to start this week.



there are lots of things you can try this worked for me - ( any fruit or veg snacks and small meals will do ) try this for 2 months ( or as long as you need to ) i did and i lost 3 stone !!!!! walk briskly for 30 Min's each day and eat 5 smaller snacks and meals daily - ( do not skip this part ), as appose to 2 or 3 bigger meals. ( proven ) - i have been doing this for 5 years now and i never have a problem with weight, food, sleep or diet.



With exercise and dieting.
