Question: Imm gunna go DIET but i wanna make sure of things?
2 Weeks - 5"4 - 140....o-o;;
what im thinking is

7 cups of water
Vegetables
Fruit
Beans
Vitamins
excersise
1 boiled egg
maybe 1 cup of milk

^is this healthy? is it going to work?
i feel excited for this!
plz add some more things that might help:D

only thing missing is protein, (chicken, fish, or red meat). You don't say if this is daily, your maximum time plan, or weight loss/gain goal. How old are you? Have you spoken with a physician, to be sure as an individual you are safe to diet (in regards to health status). You also need to research signs that the diet is not healthy for you (dizziness, shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, fatigue - to name a couple). Be safe, check it out with a doc or dietician



It's extremely healthy. Might also wanna try spinach and egg whites. Good luck!



Only consume the white of the eggs! Tofu and other soy products are a must. Don't consume more than 5g fat; stay under 400 calories. Get at least 30g of protein. Burn carbs immediately.



That's absolutely not healthy.
