Will a person lose weight if they eat salad almost everyday?!

Question: Will a person lose weight if they eat salad almost everyday?
I've been eating salad a lot lately and I also exercise, mostly just walking a lot so I was wondering if this would cause me to lose some weight?

Answers:

For you to see any results/any weight loss, you need to at least eat 5 portion controlled meals a day, workout for about 2 hours everyday, and drink a lot of water. But if you're planning on losing weight I would consult my doctor or just a personal trainer.

Salads are good, but they do not carry all the nutrient, proteins and vitamins you need everyday and find on all the other foods :)

hi there, I've been having this same trouble for ages that it was hopeless. I used to take all kinds of pills but nothing seem to work. Until I stumpled upon this website, I was doubtful at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I felt good. After losing that initial weight, which was great for my confidence, I started to develop good habits, especial my diet. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. Here's where I found the info: www.allloseweightnetwork.tk

depending on what else you eat. if your only consuming salads then maybe. your mainly cleaning you system. but losing weight does not mean you have to eat only salads. you have to watch your food quantities. :)

own personal experience.

It could. If nothing else, it's healthy.
