Question: THIS is what i did today to loose weight, will it have worked?
Woke up at about 11.30 am
For breakfast i had wholegrain cereal (about 200cal)
Acai berry powder
Salad for lunch (about 180cal)
Cesar salad for dinner (200cal)
Orange juice
2.5 litres of water
healthy snacks (about 80cal)

I worked out on the exercising bike and burnt 150cal.

Answers:

Essentially, you consumed 510 calories after your exercise..
there is a reason women are told to eat 2000 calories a day and men, 2500 calories.

you will soon have no/little energy to do your exercises and also, you could really damage your health.

Losing weight should be a lifestyle change, so learn to eat properly, with exercise otherwise, this could be a short term effect with some bad consequences :(
