diet diet diet diet!!~~~?!


Question: Diet diet diet diet!!~~~?
3rd time i posted but i really want to make SURE its a good diet plan!
ill be more specific this timee:)
2 Weeks - 5"4 - 140....o-o;; im 14 years now:D almost 15
what im thinking is

7 cups of water
Vegetables
Fruit
Beans
Vitamins
excersise
2 boiled eggs
maybe 1 cup of milk
yes this is daily and maybe ill consume meat once a week? or shud i consume a tiny piece a day just to be sure LOl idk...
see two of my friends said they lost 5 pounds in a week by eating only vegies and rice but i thot that was crazy so im adding a bit more healthy things lol... shud i add rice?
^is this healthy? is it going to work?
i feel excited for this!
plz add some more things that might help:D

You didn't say how much exercise. I would recommend starting with about 30 minutes a day and gradually working your way up to about two hours. Other than that, it sounds great. Good luck. :)
BTW, you don't have to go all the way up to two hours if you don't want to. One hour a day will do, but no less.



Its not healthy and its gonna work for a short while only,when starvation mode kicks in you will stop losing weight and pack on fat.

Stick to a healthy diet,4-5 small meals with meat/fish/eggs and veggies.

Start some light exercising.
