How do I lower my body fat percentage? :/?!


Question: How do I lower my body fat percentage? :/?
I'm 5'2, 113 pounds, 15 years old, but I feel like my body fat is over 20 percent. I have a really big waist/belly/thighs.

I was thinking only eating vegetables, boil eggs, fish, oatmeal, etc and 5 small meals a day and do this until June; will I see a lot of results?

you need to increase your cardio exercise..

30-40 mins 4-5 days a week
for the first few weeks to get intial results do the cardio first thing in the morining on empty stomach that way the body burns fat very quickly.... eat after.. not before..

train abs everyother day... eat less carbs more proteins
keep the protein high u dont want to burn muscle
